Kyle Richter was hired September 11, 2020 as the Water Resource Technician. Kyle graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Minnesota State University in the fall of 2020. He interned with the Yellow Medicine SWCD in the summer of 2020. Kyle primarily works with the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program, Reinvest In Minnesota program, Wetland Conservation Act, and various state cost share programs.
