Renville SWCD Fee Schedule

FEE Changes:   At the May 8, 2008 Regular Board of Supervisors meeting, some charges for service were increased and some new fees implemented.  Below is the updated list:

        Change in tree prices for 2009:  Replacement trees will cost $1.00. 

                    Minimum planting charge is $100.

        Mining Reclamation Review:  $250

        Wetland Conservation Act Fees:           

            Delineation Review:  $210

            Misc. Assistance:  $50/visit

            Exemption/No Loss Certificate:  $100

            Boundary/Type Determinations:  $210

            Certificate of Completion:  $100

            Appeal Fee:  $250

            Restoration Orders:  $450

            Replacement Plan/Orders:  $450

    The Board previously approved a $250 charge for Rain Garden Review for those landowners who are required to install a rain garden as a condition of their Renville County building permit.
